24-hour return window
Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please reach out as soon as you notice an issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Eligible items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We accept returns for sizing issues, defects, or incorrect items received.
Non-returnable items
Custom or personalised t-shirts cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items are final sale.
How the process works
Once your return request is approved, we'll send you instructions on how to ship the item back. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
